Learn SAFE & simple lifts, throws, flips, & jumps that WOW the crowds.

SOCIALIZING AFTERWARDS!
After we get worn out, we'll swim/rinse offthen finish by either grabbing dinner, dessert, socialize at local hangouts or
Lindy Bomb a concert somewhere on the boardwalk.

WHAT TO BRING
For the class: Wear long or shortsleeved T-shirt (NO TANK TOPS!), Beach Towel, Water Bottle, Comfy Shorts/Pants over your Swimsuit, and $$$ for dinner, dessert, drinks afterwards. You can always change afterwards.

CARPOOL & PARKING
Be sure to carpool! Municipal Parking lot available on 25th Street. If you are a Va Beach resident, it is only $1 after 5pm.
