Take 64 to I-264-West.
Take 264-West to downtown Norfolk.
Take Brambelton Blvd-west.
Take a RIGHT onto Granby Street.
Take a LEFT onto Westover Ave.
You will basically come to a big square, one-way road.
Fred Heutte Center is directly in front of you in the middle of the square.
From
the Ghent Area, Naro
Theater, Hampton Blvd:
Head south on Colley Ave (towards EVMS).
Take a LEFT on Westover Avenue.
The
Heutte Center is the building in the middle of the square.
